How to unlock the No One Better achievement in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising - Definitive Guide

i was around level 45 when i finished the game. to get them up to 50 fast, get exp buffs from the hotel and equip the exp bonus ring. You should get a level 5 one when you finish the side quests. go inside Runebarrows and farm the bosses by fast traveling to them. exit the dungeon and go back in so they will respawn and rinse and repeat. 1 level will take maybe around 7 bosses.

Not sure if you get more than the exp displayed when you kill something but in The Lava Ruins - Charred Crossing theres the enemy with a shield thats right by the save post. He gives 9999 same as the bosses on hard. Much easier to kill and get to faster.

@kozoku808 If you go a tiny bit more right there is another shield one, two total.

I didn't see early so I waste a lot of time.

You do get more xp than the 9,999 that pops. From what I've seen, with one lvl 5 growth ring (bc I carry the 100% crit ring still), hard mode, and top inn exp buff:

Shield Guys to the right of charred crossing: 12,300xp each

Blizzards Point boss: 25200 xp

Lava Reservoir boss: 27730xp

As WallyWeasel noted, I have found that the 2 shield charred crossing guys are the most effective method, just went from 45-50 with 2 XP rings and a strength pot in about 15/20 minutes. Also note I have all maxed gear, so that hurried things up.

Good luck!

i dont know if this was pointed out elsewhere, but juggling an enemy a dozen times or so after its defeated gives an XP boost. I forgot all about it until I was lv 49, and was like dammit lol

End game achievement (will likely be your last one left i was level 46 after all else done.)

Turn on Hard difficulty at your Base.

1 - TP to Farmside Menhir, enter.

2 - Use the signpost to travel to 'Charred Crossing' in lava ruins.

3 - Go Right and kill the two large shielded enemies - 12,300xp each. (you can wait for them to raise sword and swing and RT to get behind them with CJ, also kill the two fire breathing monsters so they dont interrupt you.)

4 - Run back to the signpost and TP back to the first location. Enter the rune and Enter back into the Farmside Rune to reset the 2 enemies.

Repeat Step 2. (will take roughly 10-15 resets)

you could also buy 20% xp temporary boost from the Inn. I'm unsure if they stack.

Completing the story and every side-quest, as well as grinding to max out your weapons and armor, will only get you to about Level 43 (or at leas that's what I was at the time). The final few levels can easily be done defeating the boss in the lava area a few times on Hard difficulty. Exit back to town to respawn the boss and repeat.

Wear a ring that gives experience +30%, also don’t forget to take a bath in the bathhouse +20% - and quickly accumulate the necessary experience and you won’t need to grind too much. When I finished the main story, I completed all the quests - I was level 45. And that’s only because I didn’t immediately put on the ring and take a bath/
