This one can be a little misleading as the description is not perfect.
First, start a local race with 4 controllers.
Line up controllers 2 3 and 4 in a vertical line, bumper to bumper.
Then you must jump and bounce off of all three racers before hitting the ground. I recommend going extremely slowly and then jumping, carefully bouncing off all three.

This can be quite tricky. You don’t have to merely jump over 3 players in one go, you have to bounce of each of their heads. You bounce from the first, to the second, to the third. The game will tell you that you have done a double and then a triple jump. This can be done with just one controller. Use the controller select option to position 3 players in a row, a short space apart, and then drive up behind them and jump/bounce over all 3 of them without touching the floor. The Maracanã track is best for this, as you can pull off to the side inside the football stadium and not be attacked by the AI.
