There is a really "easy" way to do this.
Play Capture the flag. At this point, you don't actually have to do anything yourself and as long as your "team" wins, then you get credit for the win. It may take a few tries but eventually your team will win.
In this manner, you can combine:
The Retrospective. achievement in El Chavo Kart worth 58 pointsWin a race while using the rear view the whole time. Main player only.
The Just passing by! achievement in El Chavo Kart worth 73 pointsWin a race without driving over the accelerators on the track. Main player only.
The I didn't do it! achievement in El Chavo Kart worth 60 pointsWin a race on Extreme when playing as Gordon without touching the track's borders. Main player only.
The Too bad. achievement in El Chavo Kart worth 56 pointsWin a race while avoiding obstacles in any track on Extreme. Main player only.
The Emotional Roller Coaster. achievement in El Chavo Kart worth 34 pointsWin in the Funfair without falling off the roller coaster on Extreme difficulty. Main player only.
and unlock all of those at the same time at the end of a successful win without leaving the starting line.
This technique also works for other achievements that require winning on extreme. (as long as you fulfill the requirements)

You have to hold Y the entire capture the flag race and hope your team wins.

To get this achievement you must win a race with the (Y) button pressed all the time, the vision of the game will be for the contestant who you chose ... it can be done in normal mode, I recommend Maracanã track! ! more still gives a bit of work to get because the "AI" game insists you pass the finish line ... good luck!

If you do a flag race you don’t have to win the race, just as long as your team does. Just hold 
for the entire race whilst you park up and let your team do the work. If your team wins then you will get the trophy, if not then try again.
