When you start up the challenge proceed into the stadium. You'll notice the field is lined up with barrels that have a red "!". If you slowly drive around the aisles, you'll eventually come across a barrel with a yellow "?". [The barrel looks just like the ones that contain power ups.] Drive into that barrel, and you'll unlock this achievement.
