This achievement is not too hard. All you need to do you is not jum to close of the first edge to the goose and take care to not hit the geese necks.

This is done on the FunFair track. Not long after the start of the race you enter a section where the track splits left and right, and straight in front of you are some floating geese in a pool. Drive straight at them and use the jump button to jump between each one until you get back on the track. Do this on each lap and then win the race.
