Elasto Mania Remastered

You can do this alone with two controllers. Go to "Play Local Multiplayer", set up the second controller, then complete a level. I'm assuming the tutorial levels don't count so I'd avoid those. It's collaborative so all you need to do is complete the level with the main controller while the second idles. Very simple if you have two controllers. Even a guitar hero controller would work.
