There are THREE(so far) dragon kin soldiers, The one by the Lake of Rot, one by the Siofra river well, and the one that matters is in the Ainsel river well area. Everyone, me included are mistaking the Siofra river DKS even some of the wiki sites have this messed up

A relatively easy boss, especially with the Ashes of War skill Bloodslash.
He’s located underground in the Ainsel River Well way off to the west/left.
Start off by summoning a jellyfish to distract and tank the boss. When he’s distracted go behind him and use bloodslash.
Make sure you have enough HP and FP because when he goes into phase 2 at half health he does a lightning AOE attack but during the period before he unleashes it you can finish him off with repeated Bloodslashes.
He’s attack pattern are few and easy to dodge. He does a slam attack with his left with leaves him open for a couple seconds. He’ll do an undercut lunge, and swipe attacks from his left and right.
I barely saw his move set in the second half, but he’ll fly up and throw a lightning ice spear that does AOE but also electrocutes the water in the area. You’ll need to get on solid ground to avoid it because it stuns you.
Edit: It might be bugged and some might being fighting a similar but different enemy. Make sure the one you’re fighting is underground in the Ainsel Well

Location:
Northwest of the map there is a resting point called Ruined Labyrinth. Follow the right side of the bog if coming from the south. There is a lift near the resting point that you need to take down in the caves. Then follow the paths until till you reach the boss room.
How strong to be:
You should be level forty something by now and have decent stats amongst the health, stamina, and FP.
Enemy attacks to be aware of:
Mostly does some wild swings at you with the occasional slam to the ground then pauses to create a shockwave. Once halfway dead he will start to use lightning attack. One move he does is creates lightning all over the ground so you have to dodge. A bunch of charge up swing attack's with lightning. Also goes into the air for a slam.
What moves or abilities to use:
Just use which ever weapons ability you feel comfortable with. Use the summoning bell if you have it or create a distraction from time to time. Be very aggressive when attacking him and pause from time to time, to doge and with that be persistent. Eventually with all that you will win.

Optional
Location: Ainsel River
Suggested Level Range: 25-35
Damage Types: Standard, Lightning (Phase 2), Frostbite (Phase 2)
Weakest To: Slash
Drops: 12,000 Runes, Frozen Lightning Spear
The boss isn't too difficult but at about 50-60% HP remanining it will charge its weapon with lightning, you will want to move away as to not get caught in the explosion. After this, the weapons will be charged with frozen lightning that will build up frostbite.

Loka after Godric - Lake Liurnia, grace - Eastern Plateau. From grace, at the bottom left there will be a giant with a halberd, who guards the elevator in the lock - the Ansel River (loka with ants), exploring the lock at the end you will find this half-soldier / half-dragon. Has 2 phases: in the form of a healthy soldier and a dragon. In phase 1, he hits with sweeping blows of his hands, when you take off half of your HP, wings grow and begins to cast freezing “lightning”, throws them at you, and then an area attack is carried out across the arena, like Gael’s in phase 2, otherwise the attacks are the same as and in phase 1.

1st phase. Long arm swings. When he swings with his left (for you with his right), after the blow, the hand lies there for a couple of seconds and does not move - so he dodged, took two hits and jumped back.
If you swing with your left hand, then this is a combination, do this: left swing - back dodge. Then he will immediately swing his right hand - dodge forward and hit him in the face.
Phase 2. Flight and electricity are added to the old swings.
He took off...
If he casts lightning, keep your distance and run left and right. Since it hits an area on the ground, the location of the attack will be visible. To dodge, just run away.
If he swings in the air, be ready. He will fly sharply towards you and fall to the ground.
As soon as one somersault to the side begins to fall, that’s it.
When he falls, he slows down for a couple of seconds, so as soon as he dodges, you turn around sharply and hit him on the heels.
Repeat until victory. Once you get used to dodging, he won’t be able to do anything.
I scored it, missing only one blow, I don’t even need flasks
