There are eight legendary talismans, some things you need to know about them:
- Unlike the legendary armaments, none are missable. They can all be collected after clearing all story bosses, before starting NG+
- One of them ONLY becomes available after closing in on endgame.

The legendary talismans, in the order you may encounter them:

Reading this guide then having to go to the wiki to find out where the items actually are just makes this guide absolutely useless. I wouldn't even call this a guide, because you aren't telling us anything besides the general locations, except for the last one. Why wouldn't you use the same amount of information you said for the last one with every other talisman?

I guess it's not completely useless. At least you get a list of which talismans you need, so you know which items this guide is failing to tell you how to find.

Thanks for the guide worked great. Can't same the same for the achievement though, did not get credit after finding them all in NG+. So I'm locked out of this and the final achievement.

Alkutraz make double plus sure you've collected the SOREseals and not just the SCARseals, it's a common mistake people make.

If you're sure you have all the right ones you could try dropping one of them on the ground and picking it back up, I've heard people had luck with that for some achievements.

There are a total of 8 legendary talismans for this achievement. None are missable and you can grab all in the postgame, so no need to worry about not finding them right away. Another player can also drop them for you and you'll receive the achievement if you wish to go that route.

Make sure you got Marika's Soreseal, not Scarseal. Same with Radagon I believe.

@Ryze The guide is correct. It has both Marika and Radagon's Soreseal in it, which are the ones that are considered legendary.

There are a total of 8 Legendary Talismans. Below is a list of all 8 and their locations:

Radagon Icon - Located in Raya Lucaria Acadamy. From the Debator Parlor Site of Grace, head out to the courtyard and take a sharp right, jump over the railing onto a pathway and climb a ladder. You will eventually find a chest with the icon.
Godfrey Icon - Reward for defeating Godfrey the Grafted at the Golden Lineage Evergaol.
Radagon's Soreseal - Located in Fort Faroth, climb up the ladder in the fort and turn right. Drop down the second hole. Continue on and you will need to make a running jump to another platform where there is a ladder down leading to the talisman.
Moon of Nokstella - Located in a chest under a giant statue, two Mimic Tear enemies and a Nox Warrior are standing guard in the room.
Old Lord's Talisman - In Crumbling Farum Azula, head north on the Great Bridge into a building then exit right onto a balcony. Take the ladder down. Recusant Bernahl will block your path if you have killed Rykard, and a few Beastmen are in the area with the chest that contains the talisman.
Marika's Soreseal - Located in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree on an alter in a sealed room on the lower levels. From the Prayer Room Site of Grace, move through the door to the north and cross onto the walkway with the Erdtree Avatar. Head to the southern end and jump down the west side, use a Stonesword Key to unlock the door.
Dragoncrest Greatshield - Located in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. You will need to use the branches and archways to get on top of the building then fall into it onto some beams. The talisman is located in a chest guarded by a few Pests.
Erdtree's Favor +2 - After covering Leyndell in ash, head to the Forbidden Lands Site of Grace and make your way backwards towards Leyndell. Once you reach the part of Leyndell that had many Beastmen, the area is now covered in ash and now three Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirits are guarding the talisman. You can avoid them entirely by hugging the left wall.
