Eldest Souls

The Survivor achievement is awarded for talking to Rass inside the Citadel. After you beat the Watchdog boss, head north until you come to a large door that cannot be opened. Head to the left and you'll find a shard to attune and an opening in the wall. Go in the opening and to the left you'll find Rass. Talk to him to get the achievement.
