When you accept a job (Not small electricals) there is an option next to the Accept button saying 'Suggested Items' click this and note everything down you need but don't buy them

Accept the job then interact with your car to proceed to the job and the achievement will pop.
Every house has a laptop you can use to then buy the items you noted.
