This can be obtained by simply installing 19 ceiling lamps into your home similar to the screenshot below and then connecting them all together.
Items required
1x Residual Current Circuit Breaker (3-phase)
1x Circuit Breaker (1-phase B16)
1x Electrical Box
1x Single Switch
19x Ceiling Lamp (Plafond)
50 metres of Cable

Start off by installing the circuit breakers into the fuse box located on the wall to the right of the front door. Add an electrical box nearby and apply the single switch to it. Next step will involve you to randomly place the 19 ceiling lamps similar to the image shown at the start of this solution. Once the ceiling lamps are in place, you are now just going to link them all with the cable. Remember, it doesn’t need to look pretty, just functional in order to unlock the achievement. Make sure that you also link the single switch to the circuit breaker within the fuse box to look something like the following image. If you followed all of the above correctly, your achievement should have unlocked the moment everything gets connected.

By completing these instructions, you should also unlock the achievement for placing 15 items inside your home.
