I missed out on this achievement and i am not prepared to playthrough a second time, so this is a warning.

there are 3 achievements for the final boss battle and are all dependant upon your cold value when you reach the final boss. It is far easier to increase your cold value than to decrease it. Therefore you should approach the final boss with cold value below 10.. Consuming natural elex will increase your cold where as the only way to decrease cold is through dialogue.

What you need
When you approach the final bossHave a cold Value under 10 then make a save have 1000 Natural Elex(NOT POTIONS JUST THE RAW INGREDIENT. the trader at Origins camp has an infinite supply.

Method to earn all 3 achievements
Before you speak to the final boss make sure your COLD VALUE IS UNDER 10.
Speak with the boss and because your cold value is so low this will force the dialogue to go one way. Afterwards However you will earn
.

Now reload the save
Consume around 400-500 natural Elex this will take your Cold value to neutral
MAKE A SecondHARD SAVE
speak with boss and choose the neutral dialogue option, this will unlock

Finally,
Reload the SECOND HARD SAVE
Consume the remaining 500 matural ELEX
this will take your Cold Value to Synthetic
Speak with final boss
The high cold value forces the outcome and you will unlock

i don't normally write solutions for achievements i have not earned however i wanted to prevent people from wasting 60 hours to find out you made a huge mistake. So i hope this helps.
