Annoyingly, this achievement requires some prep.

Multiplayer is not immediately available. You'll first need to load single player and complete the tutorial mission (relatively self-explanatory).

Once completed, you'll need to go back to the main menu, buy a ladder from the shop, go to your loadout and then add the ladder (faffy for no reason - yes).

You are now allowed to join a multiplayer game. Join a game of your choice and load up!

Once in a game, get your team together and start a mission. Once a player goes down (just stand in a fire if you want it quickly), press x once you're beside them to revive them.
