The earliest you can get this is the first level after the tutorial, First Avenue. From the front door:
Down the stairs to the right, following the hall to the left until a fan in the garage. Turn left and go into the back left corner of the room with the circuit breaker. You may need to break the crates to get to it.
Up the first flight of stairs in front of you, turn left and walk through the dining room, under a sprinkler, into a storage closet. It's under a box in the corner.
Up both flights of stairs in front of you, taking the hallway to the right around to the crates. Break them to get into the room with the safe, spray a little water between the wires on the floor to open it.

Thumbs up for the guide, however, the achievement is not missable as ALL levels are replayable at any point.

@TuKraZe : It's missable in the sense that it's not story mode and is an "optional" achievement.
But you're right, it's not a TA missable flag, that's only given to achievements that require starting a brand new game if missed.

Hey, I really got to be honest, posting 1 omnibus video guide to every achievement in a game is really not that helpful. We're just looking for one thing when we come to these solutions, not the whole game.
There are several achievement types that make sense to have combination video guides, such as speedruns or collectibles. Games that are highly linear in nature can also warrant a full game achievement guide. A game like this? Not so much. A guide like this is simply too much to sort through to warrant trying to use just to unlock the achievement for getting all the bonus cash in a level or any of the other random achievements in this game you've posted this to.
If you still wanted to link the video and use it as part of a guide, you can, but you really ought to be adding a text description and a clearly visible timestamp of the best place in the video to earn the achievement, not one buried in a wall of text.
