How to unlock the Blade Dancer achievement in Empire of Angels IV - Definitive Guide
This works for all the characters.
1st get your team to 4star rank (you can see your progress on the right hand side of the character info screen) do this by beating story and side missions. Raising your team rank allows you to then raise your characters ranks.
Always save before starting a mission and keep trying it until you complete all the additional requirements in the quest to get the maximum rewards to get your team rank up faster.
Now, for your characters 4 star rank upgrade, you'll see it says you must complete the specific quests. To do that go to the map screen, and switch characters with RB/LB. You'll notice the Side Quests displayed around the map will change with each character you switch to. Go do all of each characters side quests to unlock their respective upgrades. If you've done all of them and still can't upgrade, you may need to progress further in the main story to unlock more map and more side quests.

Although most of this is right its not entirely. Rank didnt go up any faster/slower based on story based scores. S rank and D rank offered me the same amount of merits. It does effect XP gained tho. The rest is fairly accurate but not for all characters.
I strongly recommend doing this the entire game. Switch characters after every mission and look for side missions. I am missing a character and have 2 that can't be maxed out. I believe this is because i missed an earlier side mission and this character is needed for story purposes for the other 2 side missions to reach max rank for those characters. This will req an entire playthrough to get making some of these actually missable.

Obtaining all trophies associated with obtaining a profession.
Professions are divided into 4 ranks (stars)
Each character has his own true final profession at rank 4, which we will strive for.
You can take your character into other professions, but they won’t give you a trophy for this, and the character will be weaker, because there is no 4-star total in the “left” directions.
To increase your rank you need to follow the story and complete side quests, as a reward for them you are given some experience for the rank.
You will also need money to switch to a profession. For rank 4 - 10,000
You also need to complete the heroine’s personal quest, and as a reward you will be unlocked the last profession.
Regarding how the quest appears, I tried for a long time to track the logic of their appearance, but I was more inclined to believe that they appear as the characters grow. That is, you have the highest level in the party, quests are tracked by it: that is, you don’t need to level up all the girls to 50 for their quest to appear, the main thing is just to slowly grow someone in the party.
Well, don’t forget to change the leader on the map / !! personal quest will not appear for another character
There is no trophy only for Matilda, she has a fierce quest, I couldn’t complete it even at level 60.
