Salazar Reyna(My most favorite character) is the leader of Los Hijos De La Llorona (Roughly translates to The Sons of The Mourning).
Sadly, his special ability kinda sucks so even though it looks cool I'd suggest against using it. Salazar (Along with most other bosses) is best played as a rifleman since his death is an instant game over. Another sad thing is his personality traits make it harder to make alliances with other gangs, so you'll need to rely purely on fighting to win. To win easily, set the game as 3 neighborhoods and 6 factions (Which is as low as it goes) hire a couple gangsters, and then just immediately start killing a single gangs men. Only target one gang at a time unless you want 6 gangs constantly attacking you.
The game is won when all other gangs have been killed off.
