My first playtrough was with Al Capone.
Start a new game and set enemy factions to 13 and neighborhood 6, (or as much as you prefer) you can complete it on easy difficuty and complete the turorial.

When the game shows you the combat for the first time use Al`s double shoot skill on an enemy

Bullseye - Take down all of an enemy`s health with a single shot.

In the tutorial you will need to kill a boss to take over his safe house. After you killed the boss guards and downed the boss execute him for :

Still part of the tutorial that you can hire gangsters,make sure you hire each of one of them later on in the game :
- Hired Gun
- Con Artist
- Doctor
- Enforcer
- Demolitionist , so you can unlock the : I Know A Guy - Hire a gangster of each profession.

The longer a crew member in your team the more loyalty will have, you will need 500 points to get : Reliable - Max the loyalty of one member of your crew.

I started in Chinatown,so l was focusing on that neighborhood. When you walk around the map random faction bosses will pop-up to ask you for a sit down. After you agree to their offer you will have :
I`ve Got Your Back - Form a Business Arrangement

As you taking over rackets make sure you have different ones so you can unlock :
Jack of All Trades,Master of None - Own five of each rocket type
- Brewery
- Speakeasies
- Casino
- Brothel
- Safehouse.

While you doing that chek on the Empire Overview,and aim for a synergy the easiest would be the "five of a kind". ( say 5 casinos),and you will unlock :
My Specialty - Get a synergy bonus.

As you working on taking over the neighborhood,keep an eye out on the synergies so you can have the :
There Goes the Neighborhood- Take over a neighborhood
Maximizer - Get a hotel and have all synergies simultaneously.

As I was doing story missions,l had a box pop up saying my crew members were doing some nasty stuff so l choosed the option to bribe them out,and l unlocked the :
I`ll Be Back - Have someone in your crew go to jail. ( Although I would recommend to keep save frequenlty as if they go to jail,the wont be in your crew )

I had moments when enemy bosses were attacking me,and my security wasn`t high enough on my rackets,and my guards only had pistols,thats where l had the :
Trust Me - Land a hit with 10% or lower odds, was double shooting from far and one of the shot landed,just keep trying.

In the Diplomacy menu you can trade with bosses or ask for favors,so you can do with cops too,just choose the option to bribe them set the amount of money and you are golden for the :
This Never Happened - Bribe a cop

After I reached the highest notoriety which is 1000, I saved my game,went out on the streets and started to shooting random cops. After I killed a few I unlocked :
Public Enemy 1 - Become Enemy of the State while maintaining the highest notoriety.

Anyone who was in my way I killed it including bosses,so should you,because after you kill all bosses not just you will have :
