How to unlock the Overachiever achievement in Empire of Sin - Definitive Guide

Edit: apparently this doesn't work anymore. But since I don't have the game anymore I can't check. But then with the community here getting significantly worse, I would be unsurprised if it still works... Try if you want, or not.....

So i have noticed a way that significantly reduces the time to finish a game, even skipping literally every fight for rackets to find their safe house so you can end them.

The safe houses are actually there, and don't just spawn into the world. You can hit cn_Y on the gray vacant buildings and nothing will happen, unless it's either a racket that has no colour, for some reason, or an enemy safe house you have yet to be told about.

Once you find one, gear up and head there with your squad.
Save outside the "unknown" safe house. Go to war with them and on the big map hit cn_Y on it again and choose Attack. You won't have to fight the external guards, there are none to fight unless you discover the safe house., and will end up going up against the boss of which every family it is.

Doing this on 3 hoods meant I could finish it in the middle of the first year.

Hire the three cheap guys you can after taking a few more rackets.

Make sure they have rifles or Tommy guns. Take some thug places to level their shooting and hire more with every family killed. Just gets easier as you go.

This makes the following replays easier and much less time wasted...

That is basically it yes. When you start a new game the bosses safe houses are spawn in from the start. So jusy spam the search until you find the safe house, then build a force that can beat them, or hit the button to quick finish it until you win.

If you struggle to beat the fights. Just hit the quick match button that shows a percentage of victory. Even if its only 25% every time. Chances are you will win this way easier, and sometimes a lot faster, than actually doing the fight with a full force.

Hopefully at this point it has just happened for you. It didnt take me long to randomly win any big fight. But then I have built up a small force of 5. Even from the very start it can eb hard, but just wait till you earn enough money to hire the four cheap gangsters at the bottom and try again.

Really??? I wonder if there been an update to reduce the chances of victory, maybe skewed towards a loss if you are seriously out numbered. But then why attach a percentage chance of victory if its always a failure. I didn't have much trouble with the skip match method so it makes me. Think it's being changed.

Note that as of version 1.05, this solution does not work anymore.

At the moment, there is a glitch for income from establishments. When capturing an enemy building such as a bar/brothel/casino, you need to sell it immediately, depending on the type, and do the same for the remaining types of the building. It doesn’t work only with breweries, we just demolish them.
A short walkthrough for any character.
Choose 3 quarters/6 clans/mediocre
First, we take cheap fighters of 3-4 people, open the entire map, kill all the bandits (orange circles), then capture and sell all non-clan buildings (usually they are blue). After this cleanup, the income will be at the level of 15,000+. Next, we buy armor, guns, and grenades from the clans. Can be exchanged for junk. And we cleanse all clans. You can collect the location of everyone and run away, and when you already have a lot of money, buy the most expensive fighters and demolish them at once.
