How to unlock the Immovable achievement in Enchanted Arms - Definitive Guide
This is a story line based achievement so it can't be missed. However the Lord of Earth is a difficult boss and the battle can be long/annoying if your party isn't a high enough level or have their parameters high enough.
Lord of Earth
Earth Element (given)
HP - 1000
EP - 1100
Attacks:
-Invoke - A summon in which he brings 2 tree monsters onto the battle field. If you do not kill these summoned monsters he can keep summoning more until the entire battle grid is full.
-Spirit Drain - steals EP from 1 or more characters.
-World Creation - an area attack that attacks the entire enemy grid with Earth damage. This attack is the same as Raigar's 2nd EX move.
Now while the Lord of Earth has only 1000 HP and his summoned monsters only have 300 HP, he is a defense type golem so all of your attacks (no matter what they are) will only do 5-50 damage. It is important that you have as many Healing items as possible, both for HP and EP as well as resurrecting items, as his World Creation attack can do more than 600 damage to each character (except Raigar who normally only takes around 200 or so, since he is also Earth Element).
If you are using Yuki and have her Sniper Shot skill from the Casino, it does not work on the Lord of Earth. It will do 0 damage each time. I recommend switching her out for your strongest golem or using her to attack the summoned monsters.
The Lord of Earth does regenerate HP and EP, you are told to use Atsuma's new EX skill during the battle to stop him from regenerating. It costs 100 EX points and drains the meter. As soon as you get more points in EX meter (from killing the summons) have Raigar use his Levitain EX skill to boost his powers. Continue to heal/revive characters and use Atusma's Flare Rush as much as possible as it normally does the most damage to the Lord of Earth. Equip/Learn any of the 20% boost stats support skills, these include the 20% hp, ep, direct, and support skills as well as the best skills available for each character.

I'd like to add some more points:
- Use humans only except Yuki
- The fourth party member should be the Blue Imp Golem (Earth, High HP and his strongest attack does 30 damage everytime)
- At the beginning use Barrier Accel with Raigar on Everyone
- Use Force Pain (Force Vein) when Earth Lord starts to regenerate (this will only happen one time at the beginning)
- Drain the EP of the Earth Lord with Karin, he can't do anything beside World Creation and summoning if he doesn't have any EP
-Use Raigar and Blue Imp in the front Line and keep smashing with their best attacks, Atsuma can use Mega Flare Wave...and from time to time High Flare Rush (when he is in the middle and Raigar and Blue Imp are on either side and attacking with him
-Heal everytime after World Creation with Karin's Mega Cure Dance (or Items if it isn't enough) and when you're low on EP ( I have had to give one item to blue imp one time lol)
The fight was over before it began, with this tactic you shouldn't have ANY trouble. Takes between 12-16 Minutes.
P.S. My Characters were around Lvl 37 and all of them had at least more than 1100 HP, this should help you if you aren't sure if you are prepared enough.

This might sound like a stupid question, but where do you get EP Drain skill at or what level do you get it at?

EP drain is one of Karin's skills, and I believe she has it from the start.
