How to unlock the Trick 15 achievement in Endless Skater - Definitive Guide
What I did was pick the last skater which I think is Ryan. Leave his stats as default. Next pick the school. Now you want to turbo the A button to Ollie, the Y button to grind and get something to hold down the RB button to spin. DO NOT TURBO RB IT DOESN'T WORK WELL AT ALL.
This actually happened by mistake. I dropped my Hori and the RB button was pressed down against the desk and I noticed the amount of tricks it was doing .
If you have bought the pack to remove the ads you can just walk away, if not you will have to restart the game yourself. A small tip, if you haven't bought any of the ad removal packs, make sure you have your account set up to ask for your password before making purchases just in case you don't stop the turbo quick enough.
I unlocked this using a Hori, so unsure whether other turbo controllers will yield the same results.
The 5 and 10 tricks will pretty much unlock the first time your skater gets to the big stair case. No idea where the 15 one will unlock as I was sleeping. This is also a great way to grind out creds too, the spin makes a huge difference.
I watched most of the time I was trying to get the achievement but it popped when I was out for 20 minutes, so I can't precise where it was also, although probably it was int the big stair case, since i got a 14x there once before.
Two tips:
1) if you got a non-rt device, you can program a simple macro to hold the right button and press esc 2x from time to time. This way if you're offline, you can go away even with ads. Going offline is good anyway because you don't have to "watch" the ads anymore and you grind creds quickly.
2) If you hold the right button and the RB in the joystick, you spin faster giving you more creds.
3) Don't know how you unlocked, but it was a doubt I had. My turbo was set in the higher speed when the achievement unlocked, I think it is best to keep this way since it should give you more creds per run.
Thanks for sharing this idea.
In order to do this you must do 15 tricks in a single combo, which means you must either be flipping or grabbing your board and grinding a rail when you aren't do that. Touching the ground at all will break your combo. Although doable in a few spots in the school (such as a couple of the long staircase railings) this is more easily done in a few spots in rooftops, such as the long chain of beams being held up by cranes that can appear in the lane closest to the screen (requires good jumping skill to bridge the gap) and also in the lower level of the parking garage on the concrete islands in the middle lane.
For ease of combo, I recommend doing something simple by keeping one finger down on the :dpad: and rotating your other thumb between to jump, or to flip or grap and then to grind again. Repeat that process rapidly to punch the combo out quicker. For example: I did a Ollie- Kickflip - Crooked Grind - Ollie- Kickflip - Crooked Grind, etc.
