I did this in the school level.
I looked for something long that you could grind twice, or two rails that were close together that you can continue your grind on.
Approach the rail, ollie and perform a kickflip, go straight into a grind, and perform another kickflip, and grind back onto a rail, and then kickflip off the rail.
That simple!

Just want to add, this is possible on the very first rail.
