Some people were worried about this event based achievement so I decided to ask around and meet with the devs to get some answers. The post below is an amalgamation of my own wording, the dev response, and the Sprint resource guide.
Guide:

You need to compete to obtain the highest score possible during the weekly sprint. Scores are tallied up at the end of the event and rewards are then divvied out. (That should be when your achievement pops.)
Sprint results are based on how far in the maps that players reach. Rewinding during a sprint event will mean your sprint progress will also reset with it.
Folks need to pick a camp to join so they can get cards to increase stats of their mercenaries. Better stats, more strength, faster level clearing.
Card explanation:
What are the Cards?
Cards can be defined by a combination of mercenaries, classes, and the element of the camp. Each card can provide 3 skills:
-Passive skill: If the player owns the mercenary as displayed on the card, then this mercenary will have all their stats enhanced. (Does not stack)
-Passive skill: All the player’s mercenaries that match the class on the card will have the same one of their stats enhanced. (Does not stack)
-Active skill: Increases all the stats of the mercenaries of the matching class as the one on the card for a limited time. This consumes the card, disabling passive benefits. (Active effect can be stacked)
How to obtain cards:
- When a player joins a camp at the beginning of a sprint, he will get a card of the same element of the camp.
- Each time a player rewinds, he will get a card of the same element as the camp he is in.
- Players can win camp games to get cards of the same element as the camp he is in.

As I understand this will be near impossible due to the whales that like to hang out in these games ? As this game I assume is cross platform with mobile devices etc.
If anything this will likely be one of the most Pay to Win achievements on the entire platform if this is true

I think it’ll be hard for folks to complete but with this being the first event right now and ending in 2-3 days I think a lot of TA’ers have a shot. Plus 80% of the sweats prefer the Steam version that released in 2019 and don’t want to start over.
