Time is your enemy here, often the matches end too soon to achieve the 20 headshot by luck. While it is not mandatory to make these headshots with a sniper class, it is advisable to use this class to the fullest when going for this achievement.

To have the most chance of getting this achievement, here are some tips.

• Have multiple snipers in your setup, preferbly in different squads so you can constantly play as a sniper in the match.
• Turn aim assist OFF! The aim assist drags your scope heavily to the body, making hitting a headshot way harder than it should be.
• Lower your right stick deadzone to between 5 and 10 percent. This gives you the ability to have a more precise control over your aim, making it easier to aim at the tiny characters in the distance when your aim is only half a centimeter off
• Play as axis in the normandy campaign, and hope to get the normandy invasion (your character would not have said that back then). This match often takes longer than others, and the attackers do not have a lot of cover in the beginning, giving you some easy headshots.

This can be done alone in a costum game.
