I used an ''idle'' method, I changed my region to Eastern European so its mostly bots ( I hardly ran into any players on the other servers) but just to be safe thats why I chose that region, I turned off cross play and then plugged in a wire and rubber-banded unfortunately you will have to ready up at the end of every match but most of my games lasted over 25 minutes and my longest was 44 minutes
some modes will take up more time like the invasion or Destruction, the train one can also be a good one but conquest is the worst because the matches will only last about 15 minutes

Another way to idle boost with two players or double box, host a custom lobby (must be campaign lvl 3 to do so) and add a password with bots turned off. Have both controllers rubber banded to avoid disconnect and don't cap anything, the match will last 1hour. You will need to babysit it by readying up each hour and you won't get any EXP for this so I suggest just doing it once you're done the rest. You can also complete dailies/ weeklies in custom lobbies to help lvl up the battle pass.

You are going to need to idle alot. i got 12 out of 13 achievements with only 42 hours played and the amount of time per match might be more or less now thanks to an update that made AI somewhat Smarter.
