You can get all of the "Door" achievements in the first area. The yellow key will unlock TWO doors. So we only need to 4 keys in total, 1 of which was given right away. So find these 3 keys in the first area. You need the Yellow, Blue, and Green keys.

Yellow Key - Unlocks 2 doors in first area
Blue Key - Unlocks 1 door in the first area
