While there's a few methods of getting this, easiest is likely going to be the 'Crestfaller' gun. It has very low damage, but very high freeze capability. I've seen a few now, and it's what I ended up using.

Through your journey, you may come across several different weapons that provide different effects. One effect will be firing a cold shot that will gradually freeze the enemy until ice forms on their body. While this isn't doable on bosses (though it will still effect them), the effect is needed for this trophy on smaller targets. Random bulletkin or other such oddities through other floors are your best bet, especially if they're able to take enough shots to get frozen before dying. Once ice forms on them, get near enough and roll through/into them. This should kill them (if they're small enough) but if it does not, get clear as they will thaw soon after anyway. Larger enemies, such as the knights in Floor 1 or the iron maiden, might not be your best target, but you could still try as they do freeze as well.
