You should EASILY get this as you grind for the other achievements, so there is no need to specifically grind for this. However, if you want to get this out the way for whatever reason...

Flip every table you see! You will see the most tables on the first floor, so you can technically keep restarting before you enter the boss chamber and knock this out.

In the process of getting acclimated to the Gungeon, you'll see plenty of tables throughout the rooms. Simply flip them along your way. Other solutions suggest you might need to flip about 500 of them, but it happened much sooner than that for me. Any you come across that aren't already destroyed, just go ahead and flip it over.

As I understand it, you just need to turn over a certain number of tables during the entire game. A LOT of tables. They gave it to me out of the blue after another overturned table in room 1.
