How to unlock the Rider achievement in Enter The Gungeon - Definitive Guide

Mine carts can be found on the 3rd chamber. If you come across a mine cart, press A to hop in and rack up as many kills as possible. Mass room clearing guns such as the BSG and Camera make this even easier. The achievement will unlock after your 100th kill in a mine cart.

Trolleys begin to appear on the third level (powder mines). Get into any one, accelerate at will and shoot at mobs.
