Progress through the story and after waking up you’ll get some tasks of planting vegetables, followed by making storage and a sawmill. When these are done you’ll harvest your tomatoes, potatoes and carrots. Then go back into the kitchen and use the frying pan with the 3 ingredients to create a dish (by adding ingredients, then stiring and shaking the pan) and the achievement will unlock.

This will also unlock the “Veg fund baby” achievement which is unlocked for creating a dish with 3 different ingredients that have the vegetable property.

If you dont want to unlock this one at the same time then before you go back into the house you can go into the garden thats to the left of your house as you look at it and you can collect seagull eggs from 2 nests. When cooking I replaced a carrot with an egg as one of the ingredients and only unlocked the Ground provisions achievement.
