How to unlock the Overachiever achievement in Escape Academy - Definitive Guide
You get A+ in a level if you complete it within given time (without dying and take +5 minutes or +15 minutes to continue.) and without using hints.
I'm providing quickest way to complete each level; and not having to go through each step to arrive at the solutions. I'm adding only partial guide, for first 6 missions of the game. If anyone else wants to contribute for the last 4, they're welcome.
It's better if you are familiar with the layout of the levels. If not, you can spend time looking around in the level. Just don't take too much time and don't use hints.
Introductions -

Introductions -
- Directly go to the safe, and enter FREE.
- Take the key, unlock your door and go to the reception area.
- Take these three biz cards from the notice board - Jeb's, Allie's EEL's.
- Go inside the other room and place these cards in the scanner in that exact order.
- Take the key that is now visible and open the "toilets" room in the reception area.
- Follow the path to complete the level.
- Directly go to the ATM like console on the left of the main door.
- Select "Sandra", "Jacqueline", Solange". Click Unlock.
- Go to the room on the left.
- On the left wall, first door - enter right left right up down down to unlock.
- Inside the room, on the safe, click 4th 6th 7th button. Pick up the nose. Leave the room.
- Next door has 4 color coded panels. Select Red Violet Yello Green.
- Pick up the spray pain can from inside the room.
- Leave the building completely, walk across the garden to the building on the opposite side.
- Attach nose to the lion-head figure on the door.
- Change eyeballs to look at bottom right, eyebrows tilted towards up right, mouth halg open. Knock on door.
- Pickup 2 n 5 keys to open 7 door. Click Max n Belen to make them look left, click others twice to make them look right. Pickup three new keys.
- Open door 10 with key 3 n 7. Click on Timmy, Michell, Windsor. Pick up the new key.
- Open door 5 with remaining keys. Rearrange the statues in order - F, M glasses, F glasses, bald guy, hat guy.
- Take the stairs and paint your name on board.
- After the room starts flooding, always directly go to the elevators and start entering code.
- These are the codes for each floor - FEAR WILL SLOW YOUR MIND.
- At the end of the level, select these same words in the final console and click unlock.
- Go to radio, enter 10-4.
- When she asks for serial number, enter 160.
- When she asks whether computer terminal is on deck 1, enter 10-10 for no. And then enter 2.
- When you lose AV feed, go to computer in front of the giant map and click on the area towards top right quadrant.
- When AV feed is restored, enter 10-4 on radio to acknowledge.
- When she asks for cell number, enter 503.
- When protocol omega is activated, directly go to key maker machine and create a key by keeping the green levels at 2 4 2 1 3. Enter 24213 in radio.
- After power surge, go to switch breaker and keep the switches in left right right left right right position.
- Then enter 713 in the radio, go to the computer and shoot the turrets.
- Go to the room near the desk with 5 computers. Pick up coins from table, put them in the vending machine, enter C4.
- Take the donut, place it on the plate on opposite wall, pick up the rat.
- Come outside the room and place the rat in hamster wheel.
- Pick up 3 tubes from across the entire area and use them fix the power tube running out of the hamster wheel.
- Go to the computer terminals and enter square circle square trianle cirle to unlcok them.
- Click on Viruses, enter 1101 to build the virus. Take the floppy.
- Go to the ATM like console near the lasers and enter password SAFER.
- Then go to the other console and insert the floppy.
- Walk on the disco board, stepping on tiles indicated on the giant screen.
- In the server room, pull switches in this order - EBDHFGCA.

- Use machine left of door input testing sheet, Enter Code: ACE, press button
- Take testing sheet, go through door
- Head past colorful floor, grab battery on second shelves
- Head to machine left of door, input testing sheet, Enter Code: BCD, press button
- Take testing sheet, go through door
- Use Battery on second pillar
- Head to machine left of door, input testing sheet, Enter Code: ADE, press button
- Take testing sheet, go through door
- Follow path, half way along open vent with pin - DON'T GO THROUGH
- Go through door to next area
- Immediately on entering on right there is a dead end with no buttons, order the pillars on this with the highest right at that dead end and descending in height to the lowest.

The only thing I would adjust is that in The Breakout, the location you need to click for the new coordinates actually depends on your time in the level, as seen by the clock on the right desk, compared to the giant hanging map. When I was speeding through for my A+ I was at about 1:50, and the solution was around square C3.

This is an alternate way, in case for whatever reason you want the achievement without playing much of the game.
You can get this pretty early in the game. Replaying Escapes counts. So if you want to get this out of the way early, best way to do is replay The Enterance Exam over and over. You can skip everything in that one and just put in the solution( Sandra Jaqueline Solange) it takes about 10-20 seconds each time. Do that 10 times(or 9 if you got an A+ on the tutorial level) and you'll get the achievement.

This alternate way did not initially work for me. When checking the board in my dorm, I have 7 levels with an A+ (including The Entrance Exam as one of them). So with 7 A+'s already, I should only need 3 more replays to pop 10. But I played The Entrance Exam 4 more times with an A+ and did not pop this achieve.
(UPDATE) I just popped this achieve after (first doing what I wrote above and then) replaying and solving The Rival Room and scoring an A+. So maybe a few of the A+'s in The Entrance Exam I wrote about above counted somewhat? I currently have 9 levels (Introductions, The Entrance Exam, Escape Artist, Under Pressure, The Breakout, Lab Rat, The Tea Kettle, The Rival Room, & The Confrontation) with an A+ recorded on the board in the dorm, so at least one of the The Entrance Exam replays must've counted to get to 10. So, thanks, OlBlueEyes73!

To earn an A+ rating on an escape room, you must complete it in the allotted time and not use any hints. If you are earning an A+ rating on all the escape rooms, this achievement and Honor Roll (75G) should unlock after you complete ‘Where There’s Smoke’ or ‘Tea ‘N Tea’ (depending on which one you play first).
Note that this has the possibility of unlocking early; it unlocked for me after completing only 8 escape rooms with an A+ rating (after completing ‘Lab Rat’ and before starting ‘The Rival Room’).
If you accidentally press to use a hint, do not complete the escape room. You need to quit the level and try again.
Note: Your score only counts from your first attempt at solving the escape room. If you replay an escape room via your dorm because you didn’t earn an A+ rating the first time, this will not count. However, this does carry over to additional saves. For example, if you earn an A+ rating on 6 of the 13 escape rooms, you can start a new game on a new save and get four more A+ ratings on that second save for the achievement.
