The great thing about this map is the trophy spawns in the room beside you just need 3 keys to open it, this can include the master key from the power up box.

Even playing normally this was the fastest map I found, but after opening 1 room you can start hitting the power up box and getting master keys.

Steps:
Solve 1 puzzle in the main room and that will open up a side chamber with another puzzle and the power up box.
Hit the box and solve the puzzle in the chamber, this usually gets you a master key and one other for the final gate
From here you can keep hitting the box or solve another puzzle while waiting on the box cool down.

I found it best to solve 2 chambers and hit the box and I was usually done in 3-5 mins per run.

You can also play slit screen against a 2nd controller.
