Escape Dead Island

Near the GeoPharm facility first encountered on the way to the airport you'll see a building with a hatch in front of it at the back of an area on your left. There is a collectable here and its where you'll be first introduced to the faster zombies in the white coats. Simply climb the latter down this hatch and move forward into the darkness and the achievement will unlock.
