Just a sidenote: This achievement is for completing the long underground area (near Geopharma labs). You don't have to complete all 3 hatches.

I wasn't able to get into the Beach hatch because of a glitch, but this achievement popped after completing the main hatch.

This will pop once you complete the underground lab near Geopharm Labs. The other three labs are really just supply rooms and aren't needed for this achievement.
