Escape Dead Island

This can be done as soon as you obtain the shotgun from Xien Mei outside of Geopharm Labs.

Once you have entered Geopharm Labs you find a single zombie in the reception area. Shot the zombie with your shotgun first, then pistol, then with your axe (melee weapon). The quickly run back down the hall from where you entered and hide around the corner.

*Warning* you will attract 2 other zombies. Quickly kill those zombies so that you only have the one zombie to attacked for this achievement.

The zombie will follow and stop mid-way. At this point crouch and sneak up behind it and press to preform a stealth kill.


Of course this can be done in many other places. But this is the earliest you can go for this achievement.

This is for people who have not gotten this by the time they've made their way through the game to chapter 11 where you're fighting yourself just after 3 white shadow zombies.

I thought I'd try it here as I had not popped the achievement yet.

You will do this on one of the shadow zombies.

I let them come into me a bit back from where they spawn. I shot them all with my handgun followed by the shotgun. Then I ran up past the rock turning left to go up the grassy slope. As they came after me, I finished off two of them with the handgun. I ran up to the last one hitting him with the melee attack. I then ran down and around the far side by a tree(anywhere you can hide should work). Once he settled down and bugun pacing.... I snuck up to the rock I first ran past. I let him turn his back, and snuck up for the stealth kill.

They move slow .... just worked well for me here on my first try.
