Once you've cleared the main game, a second will unlock on the main menu. Starting it will put you back in the villa. This time, you just need to find eight tuna fish.
One is in the fridge, in an ice cream cone
One is in the shark's mouth
One is in the cannon
One is with the otter
One is in the seashell where you found the matches
Look out the window behind these seashells until you see the tuna fish in the water
One is in the liferings where you found the binoculars
One is underwater where the octopus was (wait for it to swim by)
