This achievement requires having Clutch of Talons, a Legendary card from the Defiance set:
This card can be gotten randomly from a Defiance pack or crafted for 3200 shiftstone.
I played against the first Gauntlet enemy with a mono blue deck I threw together consisting of Clutch, card drawing spells, some cheap/efficient units, and removal. Then I just stalled the board until I had 14 available power and Clutch in hand, at which point I played Clutch for 4 and paid the amplify cost 5 times to create five dragons. The achievement popped after completing the match.

If you have the Into the Shadow campaign you can do the last fight which has the mission rules: Both players start with 50 power and enhanced health with any deck you choose. This way you just need to draw Clutch of Talons and you can cast and amplify it right away. Just make sure you have room for 5 dragons when you amplify it. I just took one of my decks that had Primal (blue) and made a clone of it to add all my Clutch of Talons to it. Ran the mission and popped it in about 5 minutes. Then deleted the cloned deck.
