If you are looking for a cheese method of getting this very quickly, there is a mission in the homecoming campaign where you start with 25 armour and this counts towards the achievement progress.
It’s called “belly of the beast” and is in the final wing of the homecoming campaign.
You can just keep hitting start and retrying over and over, pretty much as soon as you load in and it will tick up on the tracker. Assuming you have zero progress you will have to “play” the mission 20 times, which takes at most ten minutes.
Doing this you’ll also pickup along the way.
