How to unlock the It's Almost Like Stealing... achievement in Eternal Card Game - Definitive Guide
The card you need for this is Fire Sale which gives you additional power equal to max power. With 5 max power and 2 of these in play you will have 15 power available and still be able to trigger the Bandit’s draw ability.
I also used:
grenadins
Kindling Carver, Catalyze and Devour for draw
Dark Return, Sinister Rumors to get the bandit back.
With 2x fire sale, Kindling Carver and dark return you can play the Bandit twice in one turn.
Play vs AI for an easier experience.

I found the hunt mechanic unreliable since you never know if you are getting the extra power or not. Also thinning out the opponent's deck will shorten the matches requiring you to do the setup and draw the bandit again.
Fire sale gives you consistent power and the grenadins allow for a lot of draw per turn so you can get the bandit in hand faster.
You could also go primal and use Linrei's Kiss or Celestial Omen to pull the Bandit immediately.
Anyway the achievement is not hard and can be done in many ways. This is just the most efficient solution I could think of.

It should be noted that this can be done over multiple games. All 10 are not required in a single match and can be spread across multiple matches.
I used its ability in a previous game as a proof of concept (drawing 2 cards) then tweaked my deck to include Bandit in my Market with Wasteland Broker to make 4 copies. I used all four copies in that game (drawing 8 cards) and the achievement popped after killing my opponent.

So, this is one of the few achievements that can't be done on the final level of Into Shadow. You pretty much have to build a deck around triggering it 5 times, and then go into Gauntlet and hope you hit a cream puff deck to grind it out.
You basically stop playing power at 5, and then hope to cheat out the Bandit by various means.
Key Helpers include:
Powercell: Gives you a power burst to cheat that 6th mana
Stoneshaker: Makes them all cost one less in your deck.
Skysplitter: Hunts 3, so will likely grab you at least 1 advantage
Ossuar Longbow: Also Hunts 2, but smacks up the board a bit to keep you alive
Then, since you'll likely be choking on power cards, playing Beseech The Throne & Desert Alchemist will help you plunder those extras away to dig deeper into the deck to grab a Bandit.
Finally, I also played some Teleports & Kairos' Choice to pick them back up the next turn and replay them to draw more cards.
Everything else in the deck is basically crowd control, torches, searing fists, purify, etc. Then just play your 25 power, heavy on the time/fire combo power cards, and you'll get there. It need not all be in one game or the same Bandit, just merely trigger it 5 times and a winner is you.
