The easiest way to unlock this is to use the final battle of the into Shadow campaign.
This fight starts with 50 power and all the influence you ever need, so its just a matter of drawing Diogo and casting him, making sure you amplify at least 11 times (more is fine)
The achievement unlocks at the end of the battle, win or lose- so feel free to conceed
