This is a solo method for the people who don't want to boost. Note this does require some campaign expansions. (Into Shadow for the 50 power final mission and Jolu)
The main idea is give the AI stealth units with Jolu, The Gift Giver, and attack them with killer units. You then bounce the stealth units so that the AI replays them.
Main cards:
Grumbo's Platoon (give it killer and bounce to hand for a full board of killer)
Jolu, The Gift Giver
Rune of Relocation (Used to bounce grumbo, jolu, and AI stealth units)
10-ish Stealth units (I used Invisible Wall, Jada,Peacekeeper, and Toxic Cloud) - Any stealth may be used just make sure it has more than 3 health and it can't be revealed early.
A card that gives killer (Predator's instinct)
Useful other cards:
Linrei's Kiss (Tutor)
1 Sundown Accord (Turns all Primal Sigils into a spell, Like a bounce spell with revenge or Linrei's)
Lumen Attendant (grabs cards from the GY and can be bounced to re-use)
Card draw (Boundless knowledge, Wisdom of Elders, Primal Sketch)
Touch of Resilience (I gave a bounce spell revenge and copied that with Sundown Accord)
Wrath of Caiphus (Reload the hand or grab a Rune of Relocation after Sundown)
I would also recommend an expensive unit that creates cheap units to give the AI if he doesn't play cheap units for Jolu. I personally didn't use this, but I ran into this issue on the second run.
