UPDATE
A few of the achievements in Whispers of the Throne were broken at release. This achievement would not unlock at all even though the in-game milestone would. It should work fine for everyone now.
DWD released an update on March 31 that fixed the achievement issues but it wasn't retroactive, so since I had earned the associated in-game milestone already, I couldn't earn it again in order to to unlock this achievement. I emailed support@direwolfdigital.com to explain my issue and they responded that they had removed the in-game mielestone from my Eternal account so that I could earn it again, which unlocked the achievement.
The gist with this achievement is that you need to play a Guardian of Spring which gives your opponent a Relic called Eye of Winter. Then you need to destroy their Eye of Winter and finish the match (here are some ways to do so).

This achievement appears to broken. I completed the criteria and was awarded the in-game milestone, but the achievement did not lock. Oddly, the Just Rewards achievement popped even though I hadn't met the requirements or earned that in-game milestone.

When I loaded the PC version of the game on Steam (after doing everything I could on Xbox), all five Whispers of the Throne achievements auto-popped there, so this issue is just with Xbox.
I've posted on the Eternal subreddit so hopefully the Devs will see about this issue.

Nothing is fixed for me. I tried reinstalling the game and I can only assume that since I got the in-game milestone while things were broken, I'm locked out of the achievement. Whatever fix they implemented likely only fixed it for people who didn't get the in-game milestone before the fix.
