For this achievement you need all 12 of your units to be different stranger cards (a unit with type stranger). As always these achievements are easier to obtain in Gauntlet.
Single copies in your deck are you best bet, potentially with additional copies of Unfamiliar Interloper (to smooth influence requirements), Soaring and Merciless Stranger (which together will mean all your units will have flying and deadly, a combination that a Gauntlet opponent will rarely attack into). Concentrate on cheaper Strangers that help build your defense (e.g. Ruthless / Hearty / Determined Strangers buff all your units) - when you get a Stranger army out you don't need the more expensive Strangers against early Gauntlet opponents. If you do end up with 2 copies of a Stranger out you can either suicide attack it or play a 13th unit, sacrificing your duplicate.
Do not play Traver's Farm, as with this out you will only be able to play out 10 units. Putting Reunite in your desk will enable you to tutor for your Soaring / Merciless Strangers, allowing you to play less of each of them
