As per tradition, playing the last level of Into Shadow will be your key.
Stock up on Celestial Omens and Linrei’s kiss to grab missing pieces.
Power should all be the Revelations cards that cast spells when amplified. (Rune of flame to clear board, primal sketch to draw, etc). Also play Display of Vision to tutor up power cards for needs.
Orene’s Scepter is nice as it gives your creatures Aegis and you can afford the 9 to turn off spells straight away.
Then, play the following:
Hero of the People
Ashara , the Deadshot
Deleph Free Prophet
Caravan Harpoon, sacrifice the Hero of the People. Attack away.
With 50+ mana, you should be able to do all in one turn once collected.

Since you already suggested playing all the Runes/Sketches anyway, I would suggest playing Valkyrie Tormentor as an additional solution. It plus a Rune of Illusion to amplify is all of the battle skills you need without needing the full combination of Hero of the People, Ashara, and Deleph. Everything else in your guide looks great which is why I didn’t want to make my alternate suggestion a separate guide.
