Eternal Card Game

This achievement doesn't specify a card in the Trials of Grodov expansion, but I am unsure if the achievement can be unlocked without having purchased it. The expansion costs 25,000 gold or 1,000 gems ($10).

I assume that the intended way to get this achievement is with Frontier Surveyor: I built a deck with four Frontier Surveyors and a bunch of twist units, then stalled against the first Gauntlet opponent until I had three twist units on board. After playing Frontier Surveyor, I twisted three units and the achievement popped at the end of the match.
