In chapter 2 after you make your way threw Fort Fermata, your going to come across an emeny boss called Killer Knight.
Killer Knights stats:
lvl -14
max hp - 102,100
atk - 93, def - 83
def vs dark - 50, def vs light 50
exp - 4,000, gold - 50
after you defeat Killer Knight, you'll recieve the Fort Fermata Key and when you unlock the door to leave you will get Party Level 3.
