To get this achievement you (as Ming) need to control a subject (vassals/marches, etc) from each of the 5 religious groups. The religious groups are Christian, Muslim, Pagan, Eastern and Dharmic.

Christians (Catholic, Protestant, Reformed,Orthodox and Coptic)
The closest christian nations to your starting position are Ethiopia or Kongo (after their conversion event.)

Muslim (Sunni,Shia and Ibadi)
There are some Islamic nations in India such as Sind or Bengal

Pagan Animist (Fetishist, Totemist, Inti, Nahuatl, Mayan, Tengri and Norse)
To your north is Yeren which is Tengri and Manipur (animist) in the India region.

Eastern (Theravada, Vajrayana, Mahayana, Confucian and Shinto)
Release a Chinese subject or subjugate one of the small Buddhist nations to your south.

Dharmic (Hindu and Sikh)
Found in India, Assam and Nepal are small easy choices.
