This trophy is missable for all player's who are not already playing the game in Spanish/Español. Towards the end of the Zone 4.5 (The Valley), you'll stop to have a little picnic with Clover. This is the last Monolith puzzle you'll come to before you need to switch over:

After this, you'll go through some dialogue between Dysis and Clover and she'll mention mostly that they should get some rest but also she'll notice that her watch has stopped working. Exit back to the main menu. From here, go down to languages and change the language to Spanish/Español. Go back to the main menu and choose Continue (Continuar). Finish the puzzle (or skip it - press and it's the 3rd option available) and move right. Go through the dialogue. You'll end up back at Clover's house with Vincent but then will return back to the island. You'll have the picnic when you do (return), at which time the trophy will unlock.

To change it back, press and quite back to the main menu (Salir). Go down to languages (Idioma) and choose English (or whichever language you were originally playing in). Press continue to continue with the game.
