*Edit - Tobylinn has noted that this must be 3 Hidden Object scenes in a row. Completing them is not enough and this may be why I found it so frustrating.

Just FYI for anyone who struggled with this one, it has to be 3 hidden object scenes in a row. I completed more that 3 that had less than five mistakes, but until I got 3 in a row the achievement didn't unlock. So be really careful until you get it.

This is actually a lot easier than it sounds, due to the fact that most if not all of the HO scenes aren't randomized. Use the link provided in the Introduction to see all the HO scenes and just copy the pictures. Note that the PS4 version has an extra HO scene in the Orchard that isn't in the guide provided.

As the description says, you need to complete 3 HOPs without more than 5 mistakes in each. This is pretty easy to do as long as you take your time to make certain of each choice. To make it easier, here is a LINK to screenshots of each HOP with all items circled. They may not match up exactly for the randomized HOPs but there are enough non-random ones to do 3 without any mistakes.
