This achievement glitched on me and wouldn't unlock although all the others did on my first playthrough. I then played the additional story and that achievement also glitched and wouldn't unlock.
The standard fix I've found for these Artifex Mundi games when achievements glitch is to delete my save game (everywhere - both on console and the cloud) and then start a new playthrough.
That worked here as well but it required playing through the whole story again in order unlock the additional story again. The chit-chatter achievement unlocked along the way this time and then the additional story achievement as well. Frustrating but at least its not too bad speedrunning a second playthrough after playing the first time.
