Only achievement you won't get from following the walkthrough is

so make sure to talk to all characters in chapter 2 when you get in the basement.

With that walkthrough I was able to complete the whole game in 3 hours (skipping all cut scenes).

Start a new game and select to play it on Expert mode. In expert mode, the main difference in difficulty is that active zones & hidden object scenes are not indicated by a sparkle, which can make things hard if you don't know where you are looking and when to look for them. Just complete the game while expert mode is on and the trophy will pop after you have completed it.

Make sure you start on Expert so you only need to do one playthrough, they will stack. On expert, the main difference is that objects of interest will not glow for you to see, leaving you to do a lot more searching if you're not using a walkthrough. You'll also get blurry during HOPs if you make too many mistakes in a row. Other than that, the gameplay is identical and the game is not very difficult. There is a walkthrough linked in the road map if you choose to use one.
